Chad Davis Memorial 3D & Pig Roast
April 13 & 14 2018
The Chad Davis Memorial 3D Shoot on April 13th & 14th was a success. The rain held off and the Sasquatch was a big hit in its natural habitat. A walnut platter donated by Ken Davidson raised $243 for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice Abbotsford and during the awards, it was announced the Sagittarius Archers will be official partners with Canuck Place going forward. In addition to a roast pig, the Saturday night dinner included a deep fried turkey, onion rings and deep fried pepperoni which was to die for. Thank you to PigBBQ.ca for supplying the pig and equipment, Mark Porter for roasting the pig and everyone involved with putting on the dinner. (My mouth is already watering for next year). We would also like to thank everyone who donated door prizes, all the volunteers and the kitchen crew who make this event possible.
